Information Needs for People Living with Kidney Disease
Thank you for agreeing to participate in this survey from The Kidney Foundation of Canada. The survey's goal is to help identify the information needs of people living with kidney disease.
The survey results will be kept confidential and will be used to determine whether or not The Kidney Foundation of Canada is providing the information, tools and resources that people living with kidney disease need to understand and manage their disease. It will also be used to help identify which Kidney Foundation materials may need to be developed or improved.
